Iam also vouching for Henry. I've known him for about 2-3yrs. he's a stand-up guy. When we have local meets he even hooks all of us up with free air fresheners wether you know him or not. I've bought many parts from him as well like Camber arms,toe bolts,spacers,led's,exhaust,etc.. Never in any transaction have I or anyone I know, has had an issue dealing with Henry. And he's always straight up with parts never trying to screw you and tell you one thing just to sell you the more expensive part like some of these other shady vendors. He's always been willing to help out. When I haven't had anyone I trusted install parts he also stepped up to the plate to install at a great price too. So if you noobs can't wait for your parts a couple weeks go cry to somone else because Statik is here to stay!

first vendor i actually met about 2 years ago, and till this day, still going back. Have sent numerous people to him, and all have been extremely happy with his service, knowledge of parts, and attitude. dude even answers my calls late at night, weekends, or if i just have a question about my car. Give the guy some slack, i promise you that if any vendor is being fishy, HENRY IS NOT IT.
if you have a problem with something, dont wait two months to bring the issue up, contact him asap, and take a more mature approach to it, leaving bad rep for not a only a trustworthy vendor and a good person is wrong, the responses some of you give are helping this forum go down the drain

well okay if you have been moving out. but what is the hard thing to just online like 2-5 mins to just make some announcement that you are currently busy and dont expect to reply as much as you were? the second thing, I do can prove you with some video that your LED didnt work. even though I tried to reverse and shaking it in case any loose. I tried with my plate lisence LEDs and they worked just fine. I even tried to use the working reverse LED on both taillight and this one LED worked fine and the other no. so since i dont want to bother you anymore with the replacement, I already bought the reverse LEDs on some of the vendor here.

and one more thing, when I tried to called you and asked you if my LED that I sent to you delivered or not and you said "I dont receive anything, it must been lost on the shipping" and you just said you do receive it. which one is true? o.0

I called him till i got my replacement 2 days ago which is one month after I called him. He should probably at least let us know that he is moving so the shipping might take times. I do know he is trustworthy in personal, but he's not professional in business manners.

I totaly VOUCH for Henry as he always has given me awesome customer service and for that reason we've built a great friendly relationship---no homo. Ive had numerous transactions with him in the past and i do not have any complaints. However, i will say he is one busy individual. You have to understand that Juggling school and this business on the side will get difficult at times, but having done business with him, i know he is trustworthy enough to come through and not screw anyone over. He is pationate about his business and he is enthusiastic about these cars as much as we all are.

Guys, Henry has/is one of the best vendors on this website. He tries to give us the best pricing, and takes care of us. He will not screw anyone over, and dont jump to any conclusions. He will fix any issues you guys have. Just give him time.

Henry is super friendly, and has the best prices around.

I've tried hiring people all that did was make problems worse. Your right I should have stated that shipping was going to take longer then usual but a simple call or e-mail could have resolved that.

Wasting peoples time yes and I apologize for that however I am moving and growing to make items for people who I don't know on a personal level. Professional yes this is true i was not professional in handling the shipping issues however I left more then 2 ways to contact me. I actually don't have it wrong. Correct you did message me. You probably aren't a douche bag. I don't know you personally but honestly a call would have got things resorted much quicker without the headache. Of course time is money and it shouldn't be wasted but neither should the resources I provided be wasted either. I actually checked Driver because someone notified me that I was being bashed. Not because you sent me a message. I send out 20+ packages a day and yet you judge me on your package alone.

The hard thing is Full time School and running a Business.

Replacement was already sent and was working. I can't really say or prove much since you aren't local. But I'm 100% sure it's working correctly as it would make zero sense to send out a replacement that had the same issue.

Please bother away. I'm here to help and will be as long as I can be.

Yeah its understandable, there was just a communication mishap on both sides. (Even though i wonder why people tried to message him on here, when his profile stated last visit was in "Early" June, before this incident)

Your hilarious. You should ACTUALLY take some responsibility. At the end of each explanation you have an excuse. Why not just communicate with your customers properly and make them happy. All you've done is make yourself look like a fool because your unable to take any flack, which was self-inflicted. This could have all been resolved with a simple, "Sorry guys, I should have mentioned that I am moving places and shipping will take longer". There's not much we can say after a comment like that. However, you decided to make excuse after excuse at the end of every comment and then you make up some off hand comment and try to make yourself the victim. That's weak, just man up.

PS I contacted you three times: 1) a paypal message 2) a private message on g35driver and 3) an email linking you to this thread. This is elementary business practice and simple communcation skills.
