^ yeah, i've done it... you just have to cover the faces with cardboard. you can leave tires exposed.
it can range from $200 to $400 depending on location.
but with that price, i don't think u'd have to ship lol.

 

i know right now you are saying that you are not willing to seperate the tires from rims. BUT if you do decide to. let me know. i am local and can pick the tires up
