Alright these are a set of Mr. Lugnut brand tuner nuts that i used for only one day. Only bought them because the nuts that i had ordered didn't come in time for my new wheels getting put on and i didn't want my stock nuts to scratch the wheels so i bought these from the installers figuring i could just sell these. whats the dimension on these? they should be applicable for g37 sedan as well no?

 

they have the 1.25mm thread pitch which fit pretty much all infiniti's so yes it would work for your car, and they are skinnier that oem lug nuts so especially if your gonna be getting new rims these would be better
