they are freshly powdercoated matte black
no curb rash or scratches, there is a little line crack on one of the spokes in the front wheel, it has been welded in the back awhile back and ran fine

think these fit on a tl types s.. well i know they would fit but i wonder if clear big brakes? my racinghart j8s dont clear and just been sitting for 2.5 years now
