This was my Utec that I just sold to Junkyardspecial. The Utec is in excellent working order and came with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor in the box with instructions, which includes the UTEC itself, a DB9 serial cable, a bag of bolts and adapters, a 9 volt battery adapter, and a CD with the instruction manual, all in the original boxes. This is a great buy for someone.
