Sorry but I am confused about the "lower plenum", is that the 350z cover?

Lower plenum = lower intake manifild. Its what the upper plenum bolts to.

I was wondering if the plenum was still for sale. Is it name brand? Custon fab?

I live in Houston, but I will be in San Antonio this weekend
