Crap i forgot to bring it into work with me. Sorry. Will have the weight for you tomorrow.
Looking online though, it seems people are saying it's about 12oz and it is indeed weighted. If you're concerned about the overall feel of it, it is a lot heavier and feels WAY better than stock. When i swapped my OEM one back in, i hated it almost immediately. I was almost going to put the Ti one back on to drive the car to the dealer and do the swap again before i traded it in
It does shorten the height from the OEM **** and shifts felt easier to me.
