Emblem brand new in box. Never opened. Here is the original OEM part #99993-RN011 which has since been discontinued. $20.00

Frame in excellent condition. No bends, scuffs, scrapes, scratches or dings. Light wear and tear from normal use. Includes all mounting hardware as pictured and extra mounting bolts for use with different vehicles. Here is the original OEM part #999MB-AV000. $25.00

damn that is a lot of screws and washers for just a license plate frame lol

 

some cars license plate mount take fine threads and others do not. also have longer and shorter lengths. washers keep frame and plate off the car and keep it from scratching paint.

 

i would think a person would just use whatever screw/bolt is currently holding their license plate

 

Nah, it's a style point too just like anything else. I use hex head bolts and they look great from the back of the car.
