That's odd that it doesn't automatically update. I went from "Registered" to "Addict", one day [img]/w3timages/icons/crazy.gif[/img] I think I'm at Gfreak now already, and I only became an Addict like a week ago. I'm confoosed.

I can only speak for myself, but I was happy when I was promoted from newbie. Otherwise, I agree with you, it’s just about good, informative conversations with people, many of whom you probably never would have met!

very true, lmaz. i guess maybe some people think that each title status update is an upgrade. newbie = stock and pooh-bah = 20 inch chrome rims with body kit, tint, the works. but, i do feel sorry for the people with "( )." what status is that?

Its funny, you're right...I can't really explain it. Maybe it's like getting a promotion at work with no job change or pay increase. In the end it really doesn't matter but at the time you get that teeny tiny level of satisfaction of getting "promoted." Either that or we're all so pathetic that this is what we have to look forward to in life ;-).
