Talking Sold

- S O L D -

I'm selling my 19" stock wheels that might be coming off my 05 g35c 6mt possibly today. No place to stock the wheels at my house. I'm only considering local sale at the moment.
I'm from Irvine, CA (Orange County) If you'd like to see the wheels in person, or are seriously interested in buying them, please don't hesitate to call me at any time. 949-677-9415
I'm not sure if I'll have a lot of time today to check back on forums/emails/pms, but I will try to do so. But if you want to contact me asap, you can just call me at that number.
Now, onto the wheels :P
They're in great condition, the right front and rear actually have very small rashes, I do have some pictures still on my camera, but I'm very tired at the moment and I'll try to post them when I wake up. As far as tires, still on the oem bridgestone, but they're pretty much bald. You can safely think of it as oem stocks without tires. I can get about 2~3.5k miles out of them, I'm not going to take out the tires to sell the wheels cheaper or anything, but I'm not asking any money for them in the first place. By now, I'm truly lost and I don't even remember what I typed here.. (it's 5:57AM at the moment, but I got 3 hours of sleep past 2 days...) Sorry if my post doesn't make sense or confusing in anyway, I'll try to edit when I wake up.
Price, I have no clue how much they're going for these days, so if you want them, just throw me some offers. I can't think of any right now. I don't think of anyone as "low baller" or "cheap a**" and ignore people just because you're trying to save some dollars of your own, so don't be shy about offering. Hell, you can even start from $1, and keep going up till i say ok! (No, seriously, don't start at $1 be somewhat reasonable )
Anyhow, please call me at the above # to contact me.

-Alex

I might be interested but Im thinking that it would save me money to buy some with almost new tires for $1100-$1200. Cuz itll be like a $100 to be the curb rash fixed and then new tires like $900. Just let me know what the lowest you would go is.

I squeeze a few more thousand miles out my tires no problem. But just to be safe (if it rains in your area a lot), I would swap them out soon. Maybe after 1~2k miles. I don't know how new those "almost" new tires are, but if you're calling 5~7k miles on the tires, new, then it's not really worth it (just my opinion and who knows how crazy those "5~7K miles" have been driven considering the extremely low lifespan of the treadwear on stocks). The Bridgestone RE050A stock tires that come with the car has very low treadwear life. Most people swap them out at 10~15k. As far as the curb rash, it's not even worth fixing. You can barely see it. It's just a really small scratch. To be honest, if you're that much into looks, then I think you're better off getting some better show or stylish rims. My reply may sound a bit offensive, but please don't get me wrong. I mean no offense or think you're wrong in any way. Just telling you what I think and giving you an idea.
By the way, for new tires, if you're keeping the stock size (225/40/19, 245/40/19), you should be able to find them cheaper than $900. If you're in southern california, and don't know a good shop for better prices, I can tell you a shop that I go to. The owner there is a VERY nice person and will give you very good pricing and service.

I really do apologize for those who called me this morning. I have no clue why the phone was on silent. I was still unpacking from the moving, reorganizing, and was half dead when I posted this last night. My brain's functioning normal again (I think... heh) I knocked out and woke up pretty late today, and couldn't call back the Unknown blocked numbers so please call back if you can any time (late night is easier to get a hold of me since I usually sleep at 5~6AM and wake up around 11AM). I do answer phones when I'm sleeping but like I said, I have no idea why it was on silent.
I'm very sorry if I missed your call this morning.

I was running around today to get my new wheels and didn't have the time to upload the pictures or look through other posts to get an idea of the current prices on 19" stock wheels. I finally got some free time now so I'll transfer the pictures from the camera and upload them within the next hour or two. The pictures were taken few days ago when they were still on my car. They're wrapped up right now in my garage and waiting for the next owner.

Pictures

I did have the pictures taken with digital camera but I can't find them
These pictures were taken with my phone few days ago, sorry about the poor quality. It's a bit hard to see the little mark on the wheels, but they really are that small and hard to see even in person.
Most of those shiny/white things around the edge are glare from the light, they are not scratches.

1st Pic: Front Left side (perfect condition)
2nd Pic: Rear Left side (perfect condition)
3rd Pic: Front Right side (zoomed in, please judge for yourself)
4th Pic: Front Right side (more closed up)
5th Pic: Rear Right side (again, please judge for yourself)
6th Pic: Rear Right side (Same wheel with the scratch, zoomed out. very hard
to spot the scratch)

Can you pm me with the lowest price you would accept? I am looking for a good deal but dont want to give you a lowball offer. Also can you get a pic of the front and back tires so I can compare the tread to my own. Thanks a lot.

I haven't thought about the lowest I'm willing to accept, but like I said, don't be shy about offering. Worst thing that'll happen is me saying no.
Doesn't mean I'm never going to talk to you ever again or something. You can raise your offer if you want to, totally upto you. I don't ignore people just because they gave me a low first offer so.. again, don't be shy.
As for the front and back tires, I will have to do them tomorrow or something, they're all wrapped up and stored in the garage right now. But you do know how shallow the treads are on brand new bridgestone re050a right?

P.S I'm thinking about $900 OBO as of now. And I doubt it's close to a deal you're looking for. (Sorry I haven't had time to search around for current pricing on the wheels. I just know they sold for average of $1300~$1500 with at least decent amount of tread left on the tires.)

Are the front tires just as worn out as the back?

Sorry for the late reply, I think these will be sold soon, but not 100% sure.
The front tires have a little more tread than the rear. but won't last over few thousand miles at max.
