No, this is just a pair of 20mm spacers for 2 wheels, you'd need another pair to do all 4. I paid $130 for these, so $90 is a smoking deal since they are still brand new in the box (30% off!)

are these spacers the ones with built in studs or spacers with extended studs that replace the stock studs?

i think that h&r are replacement extended studs. project kics have the built in studs

That is correct, these have the replacement longer studs. And that actually works out better, because there are some wheels that don't work properly with the spacers like Project Kics with the built-in extended studs. The H&R spacers with the replacement studs are the way to go.
