I'm looking to buy a set of OEM 19's with tires (preferrably in good shape).

I really want ones that are in good shape, but depending on the damage, I'm flexible. I can pick them up pretty much anywhere in VA, NC, SC, MD, PA, or GA.

Btw, if the condition is good, I'm willing to spend $1400+ for them. Probably up to $1600 if they have little to no wear on them and they're relatively close by.
