where are you located? im having issues with my rpm dropping to around 500-600 when i shift into neutral then going back up to 650 idle.. you think this will fix it? its because of my carputer for sure because when i shut it off the car runs smooth

In the case of fixing the idle, to be honest with you, I think it is better for you to ask Gordgee who is a grounding kit expert in this forum. However, my car has been grounding kit equipped since around 10k miles, and I never have any problems with idling (except very recently with my oil catch can install...)
After the grounding kit installation, I recalled a much smoother idling (instead of bumpy idling: engine shaking during idle when I put it into neutral) + better throttle response
Once again, for details, I would refer you to the grounding experts on this forum
