i heard you have to take out the whole dash. if you're up for the challenge buy it! just buy the service manual along with this. located bay area california. in order for it to work you have to have to DVD. you don't need anything else other than DIY skills.

do you think the screen would be able to work on its own? -and just tap in to something for power and video signal?

i never gotten to that point to test ... so i wouldn't know.. if you know anybody with a manual and a electrical engineer, i'm sure they can tell u. But i'm not seperating the package anyways. thanks.

the screen would work on its own. I tried it. You just need to tap a lot of different wires. There are the +12 constant, acc, igniition, and all the different RGB signal wires.



Accordfreak, let me know when you're willing to part. I need the the DVD navigation unit.

yeah sorry lil, can't part. it would be harder for me to sell misc parts. you could always buy the whole thing for $1050 shipped then sell off the parts you don't need.
