FS Socal: SP Grill, $80 picked up
SP/Gialla replica grill for sale, $80 picked up in West Los Angeles. The grill was ONLY modified on the sides and bottom to test fit onto a sedan. NO dimensions of the grill was changed at all, this grill WILL fit onto a coupe.

why is there no support bar? to my knowledge, all sp grilles have a support bar except the earlier (first generation) models.
did you take it out? if so, why? hows the fitment on a coupe?

aHero4Eternity: Maybe because it's replica? I have no idea what they're supposed to be like, but I thought maybe you missed him mention replica in the first post since he didn't specify it in the topic.
heyitzalex: What exactly did you modify when you were testing fitment on a sedan? How much does it usually cost to paint something small like a grill?

I took the support bar out. Honestly, taking it out did not do anything to the rigidity of the grill. It does not flex anymore than it did with the support bar in.

I guess my words could have sounded something like: "Duh, maybe cuz it's a replica....????? are you stupid?" Which is NOT anywhere near what I was trying to say. I guess it could be a little confusing since it's all text, where voice has emotional tones to distinguish the meaning more clearly. As I mentioned above, I don't know anything about grilles. Matter of fact, I didn't even know all sp grilles were replicas to begin with!
hahaha Now you can probably see why I thought you may have missed the word "replica" in OP's first post and saying poster may have forgot to mention it in the topic. But if they were all replicas, poster didn't even have to write it in the first place. I was merely trying to help, wasn't trying to put you down or say i know more than you. That just proved it, I don't know crap about grilles!
I guess now I know something eh?

nice. silvia parts is the name of the company that makes those grilles..http://www.silviaparts.com/store/index.php?product=0002
Ah, thanks for the link guys.
Man, I would really jump on this grille but I think I want the Top Secret (replica) front bumper more.
And the bumper already has a grille like this integrated i believe... so it'd be a waste of money if I get another grille
