I have a 04 with 23k ans sport tuned suspension do you think I could use my shocks with no problem will it blow my shocks? How is the ride compared to stock?

Your stock shocks will be fine. I had more miles than you when I put them on and used mystock shocks. the ride is very similar to stock.

looks good what size wheels are u running 19's or 20s...how much of a wheel gap???

They are 20's. I don't know how much wheel gap was there. I don't have the H-Techs on the car now.
