Bump! No offers? I can't believe people buy their audio at retail price from an electronic store when I'm knocking off 400$+++ off of some top of the line components. It's like you are buying a decent component speaker, but getting top of the line speakers. Decent components at retail shops run for 200-500$; yes DECENT... don't listen to those stereo dealers... they will say anything just to get a SALE.

i dont' think these will beat rainbow profi vanadiums... let alone the focal 165 k2p might touch heads with a jl zr and a boston z6.

You are comparing 3 way components(Rainbow) to 2 way components (MB QUART).
Focal 165 K2p does not even come close to the MB QUART Q 216 Signatures... The only thing that would beat the MB QUART would be the Rainbow CS 260.30 and 275.28 but you gotta modify the door because its 6.9". But then again, it depends on the listener. People have different taste.

even this statement is false and you proved it yourself. why don't we compare rainbows top of the line to mbquarts top of the line. you wouldn't even afford rainbows. since it's more then a downpayment on a car
