SOLD! HKS Ti true dual

SOLD SOLD SOLD!

merry christmas everyone! didn't get your christmas gift? loook no further!!! purchase a used HKS Ti true dual today!

edited by request of suhochunsa, before he pops a vein:

the exhaust performs flawlessly and is in good condition, except for a couple of minor scrapes and whatnot. the driverside flex joint has been ripped, but there are no holes and punctures. dude, this exhaust is right for you! this exhaust is very quiet in-cabin, and exotic on the outside. it sounds like a big bore porsche flat 6! i kid you not dammit.

i paid a pretty penny for these and i am looking for $900 OBO! get at me!

pm me for inquiries and offers! thanks.

Uhm... how is it "flawless" with scrapes and ripped flex joint..?
flawLESS means it doesn't have any flaws. You're pretty much saying "I'm not hurt except my rib's broken." or "I don't have any money except for these stacks of benjamins in my briefcase."
Your exhaust is no longer flawless with the scrapes and especially the ripped flex joint.

key word is except. i guess it's a figure of speech, but what the hell. you can call it ****ty, fair or in good condition if you want. i call it flawless because it performs just as it was new, despite the minor scrapes and ripped flex joint... because in my book, looks ain't everything. that flex joint can be patched for minimal amount of money anyway which is just chump change for such an excellent designed exhaust.

if you're not inquiring about the exhaust, please take the above with a grain of salt. thanks 1004~!

Then maybe you should phrase it something like "Although the exhaust has a slightly ripped flex joint on the driver side and few minor scratches here and there, it still performs flawlessly."
Keyword is flawless, not except.
If you say it's except, should I be advertising my car like this?: "I have a brand new, never driven 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500 for sale except that now it's got 50k miles I put on during the 3 years of owning the car. Except for that, I'm telling you, it's brand spankin' new and never driven!"
Does that make sense to you? Hell no, cuz it's not new. Just like how your exhaust isn't flawless.
Not to mention that with the "chump change" to get the flex joint like new + your initial asking price of $1000, It'll be very close to a REAL flawless, new in box HKS TI Hi-Power's price. I've seen a few vendors on here and my350z.com willing to sell it at $1200 with free shipping to your door.

You need to close yo "book" and start a new one cuz your book's straight up wrong, son. No matter what kinda excuses you come up wit, the word flawless is there for things that are flaw-less. It doesn't matter if it's looks, performance, sound, smell, etc. Put this down as the first entry in your book: Flawless - WITHOUT flaw(s).

i'm sorry, but your example of that e500 doesn't make sense. first, it hasn't been driven, assuming it is brand spanking new, yet it has 50k miles while owned for 3 years? that statement contradicts itself, alone. but i do understand where you are coming from as i described "flawless" contradicting with the "flaws".

i'll reword my first post, however you have to look at it this way: you see a really nice girl, with a nice body, smell and stance. however, she turns around and she got the most horrendous face you've ever seen. how would you tell your friends about her? "damn, this girl is so fine, i want to skeet in my pants, except she has the ugliest ogre face i've ever seen!" i worded my exhaust as flawless, because there are no flaws with the exception of the scrapes and flex joint.

it's trivial to the point you have to bust with the "son", but i guess that's your perogative. werd.

I wouldn't say that about the girl. I'd say something like "Damn, this girl I saw today had some sexy a** body but then she turned around and I almost knocked her out."
When you say this girl "IS" so fine, you're saying that she is. It'd be different if you say "I thought this girl *was* so fine until she turned around and it was an alien."
Whenever you describe something as being "IS" presently, you can't put "except" blah blah. You explained the reason yourself. My sarcastic statement about E500 was a perfect example. I called it new, then i said it's new except it's not new. You are right that it doesn't make sense because it's not supposed to. I know my example was a bit too extreme and I fully understand what you were trying to say.
I was just trying to get a point across (or being **** that I don't have mine yet lol). It seems like you already understand perfectly, so enough about this.
It still IS and will continue to be one of the best exhausts (if not the best, but that's subjective I guess) for Z/Gs. No doubt about that.
Sorry to hear that you're parting with it. I wish you the best luck on your sale.

someone grab this before it's too late, you can't go wrong with this exhaust.

I am sure that someone out there will grab your exhuast, HKS is a good exhuast. Regardless whos right or whos wrong, at least Panda007 isn't affraid to show the pictures to the public. Unlike other seller that I was inquiring the picture for FHC, all he pmed is flawless and no pictures.

Bump for the great exhuast.
