No they are not, all you do is drill a whole in the fender well then just mount it and connect the tab that it comes with. It also has double sided tape that is already in the splash guard you just peel and stick.

Haha good thing "know" and "no" are phonetic.

Anyways how much picked up. I might be interested I just need to find a pic of them on a car to remind myself what it looks like.
