I have a slightly used PA11-NIS (comes in the original box) and a complete ProClip Mounting System which includes the padded holder for the 30GB ipod video (might work with other ipod but check on the ProClip website) and the angled mount for the G35.

The install is really easy...you can definitely do it yourself, no cutting or soldering involved. I do accept paypal.

The ProClip is for a 2005 G35 coupe, I'll be willing to split it as soon as i can secure a sale for the pa11-nis...I'll let you know.
