lol.. well I guess if you'd like to really know the answer to that question I would need to contact HRE Wheels and ask, why does it only have a 3.25" lip with an 11" rim? Because I don't personally produce this wheel so I guess I'd assume since this was the size and offset recommended by HRE that they just dont prefer aggresive offsets on the rims?

 

prolly cuz the spokes are a bit wide and they made them to clear all BBK's.. just my guess.. bump for nice wheels..

Temporary insanity led me to put my HREs up for sale a few months back.

Someone mentioned that BBS LMs didn't fit coupes.
You're wrong. I located a set that would fit over my brembo'd G coupe.

Anyway, i faced the same problem.

People low-balling me left and right for HREs.
Stay firm with that price.
It's a VERY fair price for those wheels.
