Well, I heard back from him today and he has experienced a death in the family and said he will ship the lip this week. Fingers crossed

Nope, this guy is a theif. I did some searching and he ripped someone off on an Acura forum too. If anybody has contact info for this guy please let me know so I can get in touch with him and see if he wants to make things right.
