they fit 06+ housings. I think they fit 03-05 as well, but i don't know how the light output will be like with reflectors.

D2S bulbs are made for projectors and D2R bulbs are made for reflectors. They are not normally interchangeable. The notches on the bulb bases are not identical, so they will not physically fit into the wrong housings. However, if you sand a new notch in the plastic base of the bulb, you will be able to fit the a bulb into its unintended housing.

The only other thing to worry about is glare, The D2S filament is completely clear, while the D2R bulb has a ceramic or metallic coating printed directly on the glass of the bulb. The coating on the D2R aims the light from the filament downwards in a reflector housing. The D2S bulb has no such coating since all the light is aimed through a projector. Fitting a D2S bulb into a D2R housing may not be focused properly, and may case glare.

Like silliefool mentioned above ^ all you have to worry about is glare. sanding it shouldn't be a problem. Let me know if you want them Justin. Man...i still haven't seen you at the CH meets yet. What's up with that?

The picture on Ebay looks different from your picture. Also, Ebay has it for $185 (I'm guessing you included shipping to derived your $200?). I might be interested...Hmm...
