all urethane, comes with double sided tape.

That sounds like a good deal, but im guessing shipping is more than the lip kit.

Your chances of finding an already painted BS aftermarket lip are slim, I'd suggest getting an unpainted one and having it done at a local shop.

There is a really cheap N1 (datasystems) lip a couple posts down, $120 shipped and you will be hard pressed to beat that
