you think the other guys sell the one after the recall? everyone sells the ones before. the recall is nothing but a joke. they say the headlamps are
either to bright or dim which has nothing to do with lamps themselves but with the ballast.

actually it has to do with the height adjustment of the beam. Instead of having people come in to the dealer and getting their lights adjusted, they made nissan replace them for new ones that cam adjusted differently.

+1, the ballast has nothing to do with it, and has to do with the cutoff pattern being off.

yep
And the ballasts have absolutely nothing to do with it. Matter of fact, when you get your lights "updated" they never give you a new ballast.

You should read the recall correctly. I came across the instructions that Nissan sent to the dealership. They actually instruct the dealers to remove the old ballasts and put it into the new lights. They do not change out the ballasts. The problem resides in the projectors. That is why all >06 are getting recalled. The <05s do not have projectors and thus were not recalled. You should stop trying to sell people recalled lights. There is a reason that these are getting recalled. They compromise the safety of the driver and other cars on the road.

yeah...whatever. I can't believe how much money they spend on recalling something as trivial as a crooked light beam.

no..it has NOTHING to do with ballasts.
