Arrow Feeler: Tein Basics for '04 Coupe

alright all, here's the deal. i am really thinkin' about upgrading. i just want to know if anyone would be interested in a set of Tein Basics for an '04 coupe.

they have been used for about 30k miles (had 'em since '04), and have seen one track day at Laguna Seca (on the 20th of last month). they are still in great shape (no blown shocks or anything), just dirty (yes, i will clean it). one thing though: the weld on the brake line stud failed. this happened when it was received, but tein would not take it back (plus i was in HI at the time and shipping would've been terrible). this does not affect performance of the brake line (you could still bolt the line to it, it just wiggles around) or the suspension travel. if you catch it just right, you could get it to where the bolt will tighten all the way. i will have it rewelded (simple tack weld) prior to shipment. i have pictures of this and will post them up later today. please visit my my cardomain page for some installation pics.

just gauging interest to see if i can recoop some of the cost of the upgrade. i will ask for $525 (OBO of course) plus shipping (paid by the buyer), but the price is very negotiable; local pick-up/meet up is also welcome. i will comp the paypal fees (3%). paypal is preferred, obviously no personal checks, cash is just dangerous...you know the drill. if you have any questions, please let me know. thanks for looking

Will you be including the top strut mounts for the front with these? As I did not see them in your other thread... Are these still on the car or did you take them off already? I'm local and very interested. Hit me up!

are you talking about the stock top strut mounts? if so, then yes. the new set i am getting will have the pillow ball mounts so i wouldn't need those anymore. they are still on my car now, but as soon as i make up my mind on which setup i'm going to get, i will order them, install them, and these will be ready to go.

i bit the bullet and got the JIC FLT-A2's. i will be switching the rear springs for 10kg (rather than use the 12's). i know everyone says that it's pretty harsh, but i'll be taking the car out on the track more (and on the street less).
