What if I dont have tires... would you just exchange your tires onto the OEM 19's?

Forgot to mention i have two brand new tires up front with about 95% tread left the driver side rear has alot of tread left the passanger rear will need to get replaced really soon i just got the driver side tire not too long ago now the passanger side will need to get replaced soon....
