pioneer will not warranty unless it is bought from a authorized retail store with an invoice

 

Has anyone here had gotten their Pioneer Stereo serviced before and, if so, had any problems with invoices, receipts, etc.? Thanks!

 

By brand new, is it still in an UNOPENED box? or has the box been opened?
oh, and does the DD kit work for 05 g35 coupe?

Well, isn't that lovely. He said he said he was selling this to me and said he is getting the pictures and now he sold it to someone else without even telling me. Talk about backing out and not replying to my PM's. I should give him a negative itrader rating just for this. Here are the PM exchanges:

Honestly i sold things on here before so you shouldent have much to worry about. Im gonna try and get a hold of a digital camera so i can snap some pictures for you. Take care Nick

Also, everything the comes in the retail packaged is included, correct? Has the box been open? Damaged? Refurbished? Just want to make sure to cover the bases. Thanks.

So, I sent a few PM's afterwards asking how it was going and then no replies. Honestly, he can pretty much do anything he wants but to me this seems like a bad seller to me or just not a caring one. Anywho, I thought I would pass this along in case anyone else is buying anything from him.

 

oh well you still have your money why dont you just purchase the items from a retailer then?

 

Well, I would say "I don't want to be mean" but for a guy with 2500 posts, you sure sound like a person with 25 posts Why would you think I wouldn't buy from a retailer and instead go here? To save some money, of course. The only reason I would buy from here is to save some money being that I'm taking the chance of an item not being covered with a warranty.

Anywho, I left him a negative feedback for him backing out of the deal and not telling me he had another buyer, not to mentioned he sold it and didn't even reply to my PM's after he sold it. I'm not saying he's a bad seller, more of a dishonest pre-seller. Just letting others know if he sells something to them that they may or may not get to buy the item. Don't know about the post-transaction though. He may be a good seller after he sells an item.
