My 2006 sedan came with 17's and I am wondering if the 18x7.5 and 18x8.5 from an '07 will fit without a problem ?

I am wondering about the fit, and also if I would have to get the tps reprogrammed.
The 18's are from a '07 G35 S.

Let's review the specs. on the 07 G35 Sedan 18" sport wheels:
Fronts are 18x7.5" 225/50R18 96W, 45mm offset
Rears are 18x8.5", 245/45R18 95W 50mm offset

I have info that states front offset is 40mm, rear 45mm.

Does anyone know which is correct ?
