OEM 19" Ray's Engineering wheels. Perfect condition, no road rash, barely even driven on. No tires. Asking $1000 obo.

Does this include shipping? I received a set from a forum member and they were not even close to being in the shape he described and the pictures showed. Told me they were mint and the wheels are all dinged up. My bank is going to issue me a refund and I am back to looking for a new set.
