I've got my 2005 coupe drivers seat moving and my 2005 sedan still starts, so I'm happy.

I had to cut 4 wires. I only left the seat heater, power and ground wires connected. (air bag and seatbelt are on the other 2 connectors, which I did not touch).

I ordered the 2006 coupe wiring diagrams. It looks more compatible with the 2005 sedan, HOWEVER, they added 4 more pins to the connector, so the plug will not fit. (Don't know about putting it in a 2006 sedan, don't have the wiring for it).
