Exclamation Blown Spark Plug ?

Have an 06 G coupe MT with a lot of extras . My last extra was an E-manage ultimate . Got the car tuned a put down really, really good N/A numbers . The problem is like two weeks ago my car had a check engine light on . It had a misfire . Before I got my car tuned I put new plugs in the car . Stayed with the NGK Laser Plat. The first thing I did was check the code it was kicking . It kicked a misfire in cylinder 4 . I check the coil first and it was fine . I then pulled the plug in cylinder 4 and it had blown up ! Changed the plug and all was good . The problem is I was out tonight with the fellas playin and the car was running funny after a few rollons with my boy . I would pull on him everytime with 20's on my car . After I got to like 100mph and about a car and a half he flew past me . I couldn't believe he punished me like that so I slowed down . As I did the car was misfiring really bad this time . No smoke just misfire . I think I blew another plug or two ! What would cause me to blow plugs like that ? Thanks guys for any info !!!!!!
