This is off a 03 Sedan O.B. but will also fit an 04.

This is not the Nismo/Aero bumper.

There are chips where the paint is coming off, and instead of having it sanded and repainted, I just went with the Aero bumper.

I've heard that the best way to ship that without a box is to wrap it up in a lot of bubble wrap and ship it greyhound. You can get a quote on their website.
