yes they would fit. the offset owuld be a pretty aggressive one for the g37 and look great!!
you might have to get a 5 to 10mm spacer depending on what disk they are, to clear the front brakes.

 

but i heard G35 and G37 have huge offset differences

what is the exact offset on this?

if it is less than 30+ , than it is likely not to fit...
