Bought this a few weeks ago from Mpspeer (a great guy to deal with, by the way). His sound clip is below - and that is what it sounds like. I did really like it, but I have noted a certain level of attention from my neighbors when I come and go that I could do without. They already wonder why I play around with my cars so much and rarely work on my yard. Anyway, at 52, I guess I think its too loud for me and I'm going back to stock. So, I'm selling it for what the generous Mpspeer sold it to me for ($140).

 

don't worry about what your neighbors think, that sounds sweet. you should keep it.

Thats cool that you are 52, and moddin your G35, not saying that you are old.

If you like the way it sounds, then keep it, it cant be tooo loud, there is alot worse.

It is not obtrusive under normal driving conditions on the Hwy (in automatic cruising between 65-80) since you are under 3K on the tach. If you punch it, you'll be known to anyone in the general vicinity. Of course, if you are in manumatic (or with a 6MT) in a lower gear with the RPM up, it will be singing as well.
