I have another box thats not sold yet. This is the actual box in the pictures. This box is being sold for cheap because 1. the sub doesn't sit completely flat against the ring, so you would have to use a thicker gasket. This should not have any effect on the performance of the enclosure. 2. It has two holes drilled to mount the sub in the picture. It has a single .5" mdf ring instead of a .75" ring, but its on a .25" plus of fiberglass so there will be no problem when installing your sub. no offense, but you can buy 4080 boxes used on here for $225-250, they have none of the issues you mentioned and look way better.

 

still a good price for a fiberglass enclosure. Issues i mentioned are very minimal, I'm just honest about my products. As for the way it looks, thats a matter of opinion, some people don't like the 4080 box and have let me know thats why ive made this one. I think the 4080 box is great, this is just an alternative.
