I'm in Long Island City. Zip code is 11109. It's the west most part of Queens. To me it's the same whether it's just the tube or the whole thing. So same price with or without the filter and the box. I have yet to see anyone sell only an OEM Z-tube w/o a box though. Thanks for your interest.
