The brackets for the 05+ are different than the 03-04, but there is a way to make it work. MyNismo or Grubbs... one of those guys have bracket conversion kit since most exhausts for the sedan are for the 03-04. It doesn't cost that much... I can't find the link, but a call should get you the part.

Sounds like a good deal. I'd be interested but don't have time for a swap any time soon. Still got new calipers waiting to be installed! Good luck with the sale.

Damn, I wish I would have seen this before.. I have a borla exhaust on my 05 and the mid-resonator with the borla writing on it got a big whole in it, not sure how. But borla wants $551 plus 6 weeks for that resonator. Took it to a muffler shop, we cut it out and welded in two straight pipes.. It sounds really raspy/loud now...

i just called mynismo, and the guy said there is no difference in the exhausts... he said that an '06 oem sedan exhaust will fit an '03 sedan without a problem

The muffler for the 05 sedans have a single bracket inline with the exhaust tips, and one off to the side. The older ones... are different. Call Grubbs or our other sponsors then...

its not for me its for vqhottness... im buying his borla exhaust, but the oem im giving him is off a '05.. and he says he will only accept an '03 or '04..

but the guy at mynismo laughed at me when i asked him the difference in the '03-'04 exhausts and the '05-'06 exhausts.. he said there is no difference at all.. he said whoever said there is a difference is just jerking my chain..
