FS: 2004 G35 sedan Bose 6cd changer HU and Black Finisher

Apologize for my ignorance, but I have a 2003 G35 with a Bose system. Having some trouble with the CD changer (stuck cds) as well as the Audio Finisher Board needs to be replaced (again).
Does the Head Unit include the CD changer? I don't need the outside cover. Also, how good a condition is the CD changer in if included? Have you had any problems with it?

Yes, the CD changer is included in the Head unit since this is a Bose 6 CD changer that was offered with a premium package. The head unit is in perfect condition with out any Errors works perfectly.
sorry at work only see red x's is this the back of the radio for the cd player...mine is giving me an error code and wont play
