But I was wondering... are you sure you want to buy a house considering the terrible housing market right now? Everyone is saying stay away. A lot of analysts are speculating a meltdown way until end of 2009 at least.

 

well i beleive we got a good deal on our house it is price at 120k less then what it was when we initail were in the market, also it is in a promising area, which has alot of potential. So i feel we made the right decision in our purchase, if anyone wants the exhaust ill take 675 without trade and 575 with trade, im moving on to a VW golf GTI.
