Whoever told you that it would be expensive to fix any curbage on the wheels lives in a fictitious land where people throw their rims away after damaging them.

Fixing these will be WORLDS cheaper and easier than fixing 1pc wheels.

aren't those lips anodized from the factory?

Yes, there is an anodize from the factory. Most places will not put an anodize back on the lip after fixing/polishing out the lip. A mirror finish is better than an anodized finish anyway, just personal opinion.

If you CAN find someone who will put the anodize back on there (not saying it's hard, but a lot of people just won't do it) it should cost roughly 35-40 per lip.

The place I go to charges a flat fee of about $125/wheel (Volks) to fix curb rashes, bent wheels, repolish, etc. It doesn't matter if it's 0.1" or 2" long, bent or not.. and they wouldn't re-anodize them since, IIRC, it is illegal in California to do so.
