FS: PAC AAI-NIS2 2003-2008 Nissan/Infiniti Auxiliary Audio Input

he PAC AAI-NIS2 allows direct input of one or two preamp level audio sources to most 2003 - 2006 and a few 2007-2008 Nissan and Infiniti vehicles that are factory XM or Sirius satellite-ready. Works with or without the satellite receiver installed (see specific vehicle application list below). It has two auxiliary inputs which are selected by the "SAT" or "Radio" button on face of radio.

With this device installed, you will have created two auxiliary audio inputs to your factory radio, which will allow you to plug in any two external audio sources, like a portable MP3 player, satellite tuner, DVD player, or iPod, and play the audio from that external audio device directly through your factory radio. This is a direct connect device and NOT an FM Modulator. An FM modulator requires you to tune to an FM radio station in order to listen to the audio from the external audio device.

The AAI-NIS2 is the first in the industry to use the steering wheel or radio buttons to send out commands to PAC's optional SWI-X (**see important application note below) which can be used to control an MP3 player, DVD, VCP or most devices that use an infrared remote. The AAI-NIS2 also comes with a negative remote output (300mA max) when ever the radio is in Aux mode which can be used to turn on devices.

# Additional Add-on Items: Convert the single auxiliary input of this device into three auxiliary inputs by adding the AUX3.
# Add a Zune™ interface to this auxiliary input by adding the ZNCBLPAK Soundgate CORE™ Cable pack.
# Add an iPOD® interface to this auxiliary input by adding either the Uni-POD or the UII Universal iPOD Interface.
# Convert the RCA inputs on this device to a 3.5mm input by adding the PIE 3.5-RCA6MM Interface.

APPLICATION NOTES:
# Works with Nissan's 6-disc in-dash CD changer
# Radio MUST be a Satellite-Ready Infiniti and Nissan factory radio.
# Will work with or without factory satellite receiver installed.
# Will accept two separate audio source inputs, selectable from the buttons on the factory radio.
# Plugs into the 10-pin main connector and 12-pin SAT radio connector in the rear of the radio.
BRAND NEW IN BOX... Had no use for it. Latest Firmware with pac warranty.
