First, what are you saying? I cant understand half of what you are posting.

Second, its NOT my fault the post office cant deliver on time. Do you want me to post a pic of the TWO receipts SHOWING they went out on the same day and time?

Sounds like one is blamming the other. MaddG blames digital1986 and the OP blames MaddG. This stands to leave the OP screwed. MaddG isn't going to pay because he feels digital is at fault. Digital isn't going to pay becuase it has passed to two other guys since he sold it.

Personally, MaddG is the seller and it was received as it has been shown. He's responsible. I bet he tore it taking it off and quite possibly didn't realize it. No biggie. Just man up and take care of it.
Thats what I was trying to explain to his a$$$ in 50 PM's. If a person sells a car to a dealership and the dealership then sells that car 1-2 weeks later to a customer and something is wrong....... that person is not going to go after the orginial seller haha common sense says you go after the dealership THAT SOLD THE CAR TO YOU!

Wow that was close. I was originally gonna buy that z-tube from him, but in his for sale thread it said "SOLD AS IS". I thought it was fishy so i didn't buy. Still, he should have disclosed it to everyone that there is a huge gap. That's really shady business.

you should leave maddG a negative feedback on itrader so people are aware.

I believe Lizard1 has the most logical explanation. torn during removal and he didn't realize it. anyway, I'm still out $60. How about MaddG and Digital1986 send me $30 each?

First, I dont need to do anything for you. Second, I offered sending you that K&N oil kit to just help you out. It was only $18 plus whatever shipping costs me plus gas and time (in rush hour after work) to get to the damn post office but maybe I should just reconsider that.

I found out 3-4 months ago my tranny fluid was never changed because of a sh!!ttty owner. I bought my car at the dealership maybe I should go cry and find the original owner OR MAYBE the owner before her and tell them they need to pay for a tranny flush because they never did it.
