(answering some of the PMs)
Just so everyone knows, Alex did send the wheels, he is who he says he is on the other forums. He probably didn't mean for this to happen, and as you can see he is trying to work with me... I'm very understandable about situations that happen like these, but for now I'm up against the wall with the extra cash that needs to be dished out on repairs... As the wise Inglewood man once said... "Show some good faith, Help a brotha out..."

But putting things in my perspective are also tough...I paid $2150 (which covered the expensive shipping of 450 you said?) with the creditcard (so I can get the cash to you ASAP same day, instead of waiting for funds to be pulled from bank to paypal - process of 4 days) which I'll be taking on the interest that accrues. Now it's an extra $600 for 2 new rear tires and $100 for the bend that I never took into account (because it wasn't mentioned). If that's the best you can do, then please, every little bit helps at this point.

Thanks,
Richard

Hello Richard, the insured shipping was indeed $450. Each package was $200, plus two boxes, packing material, and packing were around $50 more, see the receipt photo I'm attaching. I got $2,080 from you on paypal after fees, so I only got $1,630 in the end (which is a cost of 1 such wheel/tire new). I will send you a $130 refund right now, which should definitely be enough to fix that minor bend I didn't know about.

Shipping Receipt:

Just sent you a $130 refund via paypal. This should be enough to repair that bend. I am really sorry about this man, I honestly didn't realize one wheel was bend

Yep, sorry if I came off wrong making it seem like you didn't pay that much for shipping... I trust that you did, I've shipped wheels out before and have an estimate of how much it comes out to be.. I just received the cash you refunded, it shows that you are at least willing to work with the situation.

Thank you Alex, and I still think you have a seXEY full name (no homo)... lol

haha thanks for staying cool about this situation! Hopefully once you repair that minor bend with the refund I gave you, you can finally enjoy your wheels! But honestly, I wouldn't even repair it if I were you, you can't see it on the car and it doesn't seem to affect the car's performance one bit since I didn't even notice it lol...

Wish the guy I got my wheels and tires from was that nice about sending me sh*t.

I ended up screwed. Glad you two worked it out. Gives me SOME faith in "the system."

Iforged are such a head turner at local meets here in chicagoland they really bring your car to the next level - "baller" status?
even fixed up with new tires, powdercoated black is still a great deal. for $2000

a Quote from our sponsors was $4k w/tires. Lesson learned dont depreciate your wheels by ordering colors. Stick with black, gray, polished, chrome, easy sale for more $.
