I have a Impul Spoiler replica for sale.

It is made out of cast urethane just like the original.
Fitment is very good except for a 1/4th inch gap on each side of the center piece.

it comes primed so you're going to have to get it sanded/prepped/painted.
$100 - $250 for paint/install depending on how much the shop tries to rip you off.
