FS: Brand New In Box MREV 2 $350

Just got it, but I have an 04' AT coupe (non rev up engine). Should have done my research! This mod is best suited for a rev up engine...

- By MotorDyne Engineering
"MREV 2 Manifold:

The Motordyne MREV 2 Manifold Iso Thermal! A universal stealth mod for use on any 350Z, G35, M35 and FX 35. When used with or without a spacer or aftermarket plenum, this modified lower collector will make substantial power gains.

When used with a 5/16" spacer on the REVUP engine, every test to date shows MREV 2 Manifold will add a "minimum" of 15+ HP and 18+ TQ at 4500 RPM. MREV 2 Manifold is easily the single most effective bolt on modification available for the REVUP VQ engine.

When used with on the non-REVUP engine, the gains are very similar to that of the 5/16" spacer but the MREV 2 Manifold will show a slightly lower peak value, with a slightly higher average value and a slightly higher TQ value. Overall, MREV 2 Manifold provides "area under the curve" and is the highest gain plenum mod available"

Will consider trades for performance parts, or Scuba gear

I thought it was best suited for both Rev up and non revup, and that the nonrevup would more likely need a tune with the plenum spacer and the mrev2?

I think, from what I've read and motordyneengineering.com's website that the revup engines benefit tremendously from the MREV2. That being said, I think you can definitely gain a couple of ponies with the spacer + MREV 2. The one thing Tony mentioned was that the Air/Fuel ratio in your car needs to be really good for the non revup engines to benefit. This is really all second-hand info though, you can always email Tony at Motordyne, he responds promptly with objective, correct info.
