FS: Longtube Headers
#34
the killer on these is the emissions man....they are already a PITA to install...I had topspeed headers on my car and they were a PITA..i couldnt imagine these.

thats not an issue where i live...but there's always gonna be trade off's....id probly say about a good 6-8 hour job to install these....but again thats a trade off....not putting them on would be awesome...but you wouldn't have longtubes now would you

I had the same headers a few months ago.Installed by street image for 2.5 hours. The brand is Megan racing ,check out hopupracing they are on sale plus free shipping. My shorty headers strup with ultimate HFC sounds a lot better and faster too without raspiness.Sorry, for jacking up the thread.

These are still forsale...again let me say this...no shorty header will add as much power as these will..end of discussion, it is dyno proven numerous times over and over again, a long tube header will always free up more power than a shorty\hfc combo...sound is a different story as there are many other variables adn of course opinion

You find out who makes these? Not sure if I missed it somewhere in the thread but I didn't see anything. Any idea how much install will cost. I might be willing to offer my Zapco 4.0 as a trade, but haven't settled on i yet.
