so fuel pump not included? if I'm not mistaken that comes with the full kit correct?

yes, but this isn't a full kit. It appears it is a tuner kit and he upgraded the fuel pump and injectors (niether come with the tuner kit).

ahh thanks for the explanation. I misread earlier and didn't realize it was a tuner kit to begin with.

Still not a great deal IMO. You can get the unpolished version of the tuner kit for 4k, a fuel pump for under $100, and all that's left is the injectors and smaller pulley.
