Selling my 350Z Tein H-techs because I just changed to Tein CS. They are still in excellent condition and the fronts are still on OEM shocks. You can now install these without a spring compressor, which makes the installation much easier (even do it yourself!). This way you also don't have to worry about blowing your own shocks But if you do plan to run aftermarket shocks, I recommend Tokico D-spec

miles on shocks? miles on springs? willing to meet up?

 

o ya n ill take them upon miles on shocks if not, ill just take the springs....

 

Shocks have 75K on them (mostly highway) since my car has 75K. But they've only had 6K with the springs so the shocks will still last a while. I don't have a spring compressor so I can't remove the springs for you. You can just swap shocks when you install them..
