Why wouldn't I be sure that he sent me worthless trash?
And, why would I tke pics of worn out cats?
I retuned them back to him asap. The guys at the muffler shop were stoked when I wanted to instal worn out cats on a fairly new car. I told him about the fact that they were worn out and he told me that he could have Fast Intentions send me some new ones, no thank you. He was supposed to credit my account and instead had his CC company reverse the transaction ONE MONTH after he received them back. WAAAAYY too shady. Called him on the phone today and he started cussing me out, so I cussed him back. Guess I'm going to have start calling his pops at work, every day, since he ships merch. through his dads company. OH well, since he has had the cats back for over a month, I'm going to get my $$$ back. I'm just alerting you guys here so he won't easily screw someone else over. I've bought numerous things from members here with zero problems.

I have been on this board for over six years, never sold a thing, bought numerous stes of wheels, tires, intakes and exhausts without a single problem. So my itrader rating is irrekevant. My intent was to alert the g35community, that's all. If anyone is dumb enough to forward money to this thief, don't bother to complain, you've been warned. I wish I would have had the 411 on this low-life thief.

Please keep in mind that this is coming from 2K6G35c, who first reported to Paypal that he never even received the cats. Then called me up to tell me that the cats, which did not have that many miles on them, were all blown out and rattling...

After I received paypal payment from him, I sent the cats out within one or two days. The day after I sent the cats, he asked if I could refund him the $$$ because he wanted to buy the cats from someone he found locally. I let him know that I had already sent them out. This wouldn't sound shady to most, but when I sent him the tracking number that he kept pressuring me for, he failed to acknowledge or respond to any of my messages although he kept signing on. I sent several messages asking if he had received after I checked on FedEx's site and not once did he respond.

Then weeks later I get an email from Paypal saying that he claims he never received the cats. There was a hold on my card so I had to follow through with Paypal.

In the meantime, this knucklehead 2K6G35c took it upon himself to send the cats back to the shipping address, which is a warehouse that my father works at and shipped out for me. Shame on my for having my father ship something for me...sounds super shady, right?
So he sends the cats back to the warehouse the week that they were doing inventory, never gave me a head's up, and I never actually get my cats back. Then he has the nerve to ask me to pay him back for shipping when he never consulted ANY of this with me first.

To me this is BAD business on his part. I do not know if he had ulterior motives, but I do not have time to mess around over a couple hundred $$$. I've been on here long enough and have met enough people on the boards here to know that I can be trusted.

I won't bother creating a whole thread to back myself up unless I am forced to. If he believes that they were blown...then fine I would allow him to return them because I would have rather sold them locally anyways.

FYI...here are a few PM's from a month ago or so when I was worried about how shady 2K6G35c was...I had to chase down some veteran G club members in TX that could help me since I thought this guy was trying to screw me out of my $$$. I have backup if necessary. Hopefully it won't come to that

 

I tried to contact you for a tracking #, which I got on the day the faulty cats came in. I have the pm, according to you, you had no access to a computer, YEAH RIGHT! Thee cats were rattling, I sent them back rigt away and I told you so. You told me they had a few thosusand miles on them, that F.I., would send me a new set. I had someone else that could sell me some locally. I'm like, no way. I called my CC company and told them that I got them and that they were defective. Don't be a rat and lie, you were the one who could not be contacted. I have the PM's.

The cats were received at your Dad's company April 1 at 11:06, they were received by J. Barrios, you told me that you dad's company was undergoing inventory, why did I send them to him. You at that point told me that it would be a week before you could even check on them. Again, you're seriously lying again, big suprise.

YOU THEN turned around and sent the tracking # to paypal, to show that they were delivered to me. Talk about shady, after I had sent you the tracking # proving that you received them on April 1. We had already talked about the return. How low can anyone go?

I've called you numerous time and you have yet to return a single phone call. In fact I called you last Thursday in the morning and you promised to return my phone call. I called you that evenning and when I told you that we needed to speak, you cussed me out. So I did the same and hung up.


Please, Please, Please, get the mods involved if you'd like. I have all the pm's on my computer to prove that all you're sayng is nothing but lies. At this point I just want my $390 back, who cares if you don't pay for me shipping them back to you. At this pont with all of the PM's I can prove that you've stolen from me so, again, bring on the mods, or any veteran members.

I've bought merchandise on here for almost six years without a sinlge problem. JUST RETURN TO ME MY $$$$. that's all.

I have all of the PM's on my computer and am more than glad to cut and paste for the mods.

I don't think so paypal credited you back last month. Steal from me, I don't thinnk so. Your cats were delivered on April 1st, I pm'd you delivery confirmation.

So how come you only have two? Im not trying start a fight but his I-trader is 28 so I find it hard to understand he is trying to rip some one off for $300-$400
